| Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements (SQUARs).
Purchase orders are used to provide a record of purchases. The
following information is available at our website, www.guestscrew.com if
applicable, in addition to the usual commercial requirements:
- A description
of the product or service including, where applicable, customer
name, part number, grade, and other relevant information required
by the order or contract;
- Requirements for qualifications of personnel
performing work associated with the purchased service/product
that may have an impact on the
quality received, if applicable;
- Requirements for inspection, testing
or other verification and evidence of compliance;
- Applicable documents
such as prints, specs, process requirements inspection instructions,
and other relevant technical data etc.,
including the
applicable revision status;
- Requirements for testing, inspection,
verification, (including production process verification, use
of statistical techniques
for product acceptance,
and related instructions for acceptance by Guest Screw,
and as applicable critical items including key characteristics)
including
requirements
for inspection records to provide identified requirements
have been met;
- Requirement for test specimens;
- Requirement regarding the need for
suppliers to notify Guest Screw of nonconforming product, and
arrangements for Guest
Screw approval
for nonconforming product disposition;
- Requirements for
the supplier to notify Guest Screw of changes in product or process
or changes in suppliers
or supplier
facility locations
and
arrangements for Guest Screw approval;
- Right of access
by Guest Screw, Guest Screw customers, and regulatory authorities
to all applicable areas
of the facilities
involved
in the order, at any level of the supply chain
and to all applicable records
if required in the contract as a means of confirming
conformance to requirements during normal working
hours; and
- Requirements for the supplier to flow down the supply
chain the applicable requirements in the purchasing
documents including customer requirements;
- Record
retention requirements; and
- All instructions for submission, retention
and disposition of documentation and quality records that relate
to work or services
performed,
and which constitute the objective evidence
required by contract and
the specified quality program.
